Just so you know:  I have been in the music business all my life(retired musician -play music for 40+ years) and have recorded many 45's/records but I AM NOT an expert on grading vinyl, but I will describe this item to the best of my ability...PLEASE VIEW ALL PICTURES AS THEY ARE PART OF THE DESCRIPTION.   Thank you.
What I have here for you(based on my research) is an absolute obscure BAND/45 record that was recorded at Ranchero Recording studios in San Antonio, Texas. 
What I have here for you is TRUE Texas Chicano Soul Music that is truly hard to find. This record was played one last time (on both sides) in the record player that you see in the pictures to double check on the condition before being packed.
This record IS NOT IN MINT CONDITION NOR NEW OLD STOCK, but it is in super nice condition for its age.  It does have some light surface scratches, but there is NOTHING that affects play.
Side 1: This side plays and sounds super fantastic.
Side 2: This side plays and sounds super fantastic.
The label as you can see in the pictures is in very nice condition.  The sleeve is all white(not original to this 45).
NOTE:  Based on my research, there is NOTHING out there from this band (based on my research).
