Description

Artist:  LITTLE WILLIE JOHN

                                     

Title:   “Come On and Join LITTLE WILLIE JOHN at a Recording Session”

 

Label:   KING.  Monaural pressing on medium weight vinyl.  First pressing flat black label with silver text.  Large KING logo with wide deep groove.  Catalog number is K 802.  

 

Year:  1962.

 

Condition: 

 

DISC:  Vinyl is NEAR MINT with 100% of original gloss, as clean as can be found.  Appears to have been played one or two times at most, and handled with care.  Labels are clean.  Fidelity is superb.  A gorgeous disc you will never need to upgrade.  Rarely seen in this condition.

 

JACKET:   Jacket is nice VG+ with no major issues.   Front artwork is clean and bright.  Seams are intact except for splits at top right (approximately 6 inches) and bottom right (4 inches).  The latter split was neatly repaired by the original owner with non-glossy cellophane tape).  Right side corners are noticeably bumped at top and bottom.  Reverse is sparkling clean and bright white.  No writing or stickers.  Overall a very fine jacket to accompany the superb disc.
