TOWNES VAN ZANDT: Live At The Old Quarter, Houston, Texas Insanely Rare and virtually never turns up for sale Original 1st pressing 1977 US 27-track double vinyl LP, a fantastic document of a 1973 solo accoustic performance in a saloon, gatefold picture sleeve with Tomato company inners. TOM-2-7001     THE COVER: The front gatefold cover shows very light minimal wear to the top and bottom edges. The spine remains intact with hardly any wear, the spine remains clean with clear readable text. I have graded the cover in EXCELLENT condition.   THE BACK COVER: The back cover remains in the same condition as the front, with no damage. I have graded the back cover in EXCELLENT condition.   THE INNER SLEEVE: Brown Company inner sleeves both graded in EXCELLENT condition.   THE VINYL: All sides of this double vinyl LP show a very clean, deep beautiful shine. There are no deep scratches to any side of this double LP. There are minimal hairline and surface marks too both sides when hel / TOM-2-7001-Ad under a strong light which do not effect play. I have graded the vinyl in EXCELLENT condition.   Side 1 in EXCELLENT condition. Side 2 in EXCELLENT condition. Side 3 in EXCELLENT condition. Side 4 in EXCELLENT condition.   THE LABELS: The labels are in NEAR MINT condition and showing no spindle marks or wear around the central spindle hole.
