Description
Decca LK 4972 mono . Made in England 1968. Red label with silver lettering. Stampers ARL-8532-1B, ARL-8533-1B
John Mayall: Blues from Laurel Canyon
CONDITION
The vinyl has been played as is evidenced by marks around the spindle and both sides have "hairline" marks. I have looked closely under bright sunlight and I cannot see any marking that has real depth to it. The conclusion therefore is that this record is nowhere near near mint condition but it has plenty of life in it and should play without disruption.The previous owner's name is written on the label of side 1 but it is fairly unobtrusive. I would grade Excellent-/Very Good +.
The gatefold sleeve is a little bumped and folded but warrants an Excellent grading.
