Blind Willie Dunn's Gin Bottle Four (Eddie Lang and Lonnie Johnson) play Jet Black Blues and Blue Blood Blues on rare original 1929 Okeh 78rpm 8689. Absolutely classic jazz guitar duet, largely the original template for jazz guitar improvisation, greatly inspiring the likes of Django Reinhardt and George Van Eps in the next few years. This is one of their greatest records, and a lovely copy. I would grade it at V++ to E, with lots of luster and beautiful life in it. There is some light wear, but really not bad. No deep scratches or digs, only a few very light surface marks and gentle signs of having been played. It plays with no issues... sounds crisp and clear and just beautiful. This is a splendid copy, so rare in this shape.
