Description

The product is a reissue 45 RPM vinyl single by LONNIE LISTON SMITH, titled "Expansions / A Chance For Peace". Released in 1979 by RCA Records in the United Kingdom, the record features jazz and funk music with a blend of English language lyrics. Produced by Bob Thiele & LONNIE LISTON SMITH, the album showcases the talents of The Cosmic Echoes orchestra and is a must-have for fans of 1970s music. This edition comes in a cardboard sleeve and is a valuable addition to any vinyl record collection.
The finest slice of Jazz / Funk originally released on RCA in 1975, its popularity demanded a reissue in 1979, released Stateside on Dutchman Records. Surprisingly this release has become a rarity acquisition for Jazz / Funk enthusiasts. Vocals on both tracks comes from Donald Smith, Lonnie`s younger brother who also was an accomplished pianist and keyboard player as well as a flutist.
