Description
This is the self-titled debut LP by Looking Glass on Epic Records KE 31320 from 1972. The record sounds great and plays M- except for the last song, "One By One" plays very nice VG++. That song has a few light clicks and a pop. There is also a slight bit of noise between some tracks, and two clicks at the very end of the last song on Side One which is Don't It Make You Feel Good. It is all very minimal. The previous owner has written his name on the label of Side One at the bottom, and also in the bottom right corner on the back cover. The record comes with its original Epic inner sleeve with information about several of the artists on the label from the time. The cover is VG+ with some wear. It also has a small indentation in the upper right corner (see last photo.) I've owned this album for about 35 years and today was about the third time I played it. I had recorded it to cassette when I first got it. Eddie Hinton plays guitar along with lead singer Elliot Lurie on Golden Rainbow. Tasha Thomas, Barbara Massey and Carolyn Davis sing background on Don't It Make You Feel Good. I like this album very much. It reflects the time very well but I have it on CD and do not need it on LP. Postage is $5.00 in the United States. I ship in new, sturdy cardboard LP boxes. Please check out my other LPs and music related items. If you wish to purchase more than one item, please add your items to your cart and request a total and I will send you an invoice with the adjusted postage price.
