Rare and Fantastic Condition
Vinyl - Excellent / Near Mint (my definition of Mint is brand new and unplayed)
Sleeve - Very Good / Excellent - This has been kept in a PVC cover since new  but the outer cover does have some signs of wear and black pen smudges.  Possibly from when the autographs were added. The inner gatefold (with signatures)  is Near Mint. Please see photos.
