We package all of our items safely and securely using bubblewrap mailers with cardboard stiffeners and all box sets, CDs, etc. are also packaged securely with strong packaging.
We recommend recorded delivery in the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged. If you live in the UK recorded delivery is only £1.00 additional (which will cover your package up to £41 in value). If your package value is above £41 please contact us for additional services in the UK.
Outside of the UK recorded delivery is only $8.00 We cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage of any non-insured packages. Our aim is to mail packages within 2 days of receipt of cleared payment.
