This 45rpm record is by mid-sixties R&B singer Lorraine Chandler. She sings a northern soul tune "I Can't Hold On" backed by "She Don't Want You". It was released in 1966 on RCA Victor 8980. Vinyl of this white label promo grades at vg- with a decent shine but also noticable scuffs but plays better than it looks.  Label has soiling and writing on one side.
