LOS BRAVOS "BLACK IS BLACK" (PRESS) 1966 MONO     SEALED
LOVELY COPY
Los Bravos was a rare rock group from Spain (and one member from Germany) who had a big hit single in The United States. The band consisted of vocalist Mike Kogel (Germany), guitarist Antonio Martinez, keyboardist Manuel Fernandez, bassist Miguel Danus, and drummer Pablo Gomez.

While they would have a couple of minor hits in the United States, they hit the big time with “Black Is Black.” Released August 16, 1966, it reached number four on the BILLBOARD MAGAZINE Pop Singles Chart and number two in the U.K.

It was raw but catchy rock ‘n’ roll. While the group would fade away within a few years, they would leave behind this one shining single.
