Intento ajustar al máximo las tarifas, pero no puedo seguir perdiendo dinero con los gastos de envío. Sobre todo en Europa.

Sé que Correos España es más caro y lento que en otros países de Europa como Alemania o Inglaterra, pero además solo mando paquetes certificados, esto significa que solo la persona que tiene que recibir el paquete solo puede hacerlo con su firma y nunca se puede perder ningún paquete. No me gustan los votos negativos del tipo “paquete nunca recibido”. Prefiero unos gastos de correo más caros pero seguros. Además se puede hacer un seguimiento a través de la web de correos. Por favor recordad esto al dejar vuestros votos. Estoy de acuerdo que difícilmente podré tener votos de 5 de 5, pero no puedo hacer que correos vaya más rápido y barato.

I try to do all the best with the shipping cost, but I can’t lose more money with it. Especially sending packages to Europe.

I know that Spanish Postal service is more expensive than other countries like Germany or England and also usually runs more slowly. But also I only send registered mail, so it means that only YOU can get the package under your personal signature. I don’t like negative feedbacks like “item never received”. I think is better pay some extra money but always receive your package. Also I can check how is going on your package with a trucking number at the Spanish Postal Service website. Please remember it when you left your feedbacks. I am agreeing with non have a 5 of 5 feedbacks, but I can’t do it better, faster and cheapest.

PAGOS y ENVIO / PAYMENT and TIME TO SHIP:

Todos los pagos deben hacerse antes de 7 días una vez finalizada la puja. Vuestro paquete será enviado entre 1 y 5 días después de recibir el pago.

Sobre los votos: como vendedor solo dejaré mi voto positivo cuando tú hayas hecho lo mismo. Muchas personas solo compráis y no le dais mucha importancia a los votos pero para mí son muy importantes. Muchos os olvidáis de votar una vez recibido el paquete y pierdo estrellas.

About the feedbacks: As a seller I only will give you your positive feedback after you done the same. Lot of people only buys in eBay and the feedbacks are not so much important for you, for me it’s very important. Lot of you forgets left your feedback and I lose some starts.
