These box sets are from my Father's estate. He was quite the collector of vast quantities of Classical and Opera with some Jazz thrown in for evening events & parties. These were rarely played (if ever) although he did open them up apparently to read the background notes. They were stored in a cool dry windowless library, along with 1000's of other records and books to keep them company in their lonely abandonment.

Included are sample pictures from a couple boxes. Each box includes 2 LP's, 20+ page album-sized booklet describing the music played, background at the time, historical information, instruments used, etc. There is a separate booklet with all the piano sheet music if you want to play the entire musical contents for some afternoon tea setting.
You don't have to play it by harpsichord for Baroque musical accuracy, but it helps.
