This record is in near mint condition. It has some spindle marks visible on both the labels but there are no pen marks, scuffs or any other damage such as stains or fading. The centres show only very mild wear and are not loose or worn. Overall the 'Philips Minigroove' labels are clean, bright and in really nice condition.
As for the vinyl itself, both sides are in a beautifully clean and stunning condition. They have nothing at al showing in normal light and have the most beautiful vivid lustre. There is a few thin light wispy lines or faint sleeve marks visible under bright light but hardly anything really and nothing remotely deep or serious. So overall this vintage record is used(spindle marks) but has obviously been really well cared for and is in superb and remarkable condition.
I play tested the record and it played really well and sounded great throughout with excellent clarity and little to no surface noise or interference. It lays completely flat, there is no movement in the record arm upon playing and the sound produced is excellent with no distortion caused by excessive use and of course no skips, sticks or annoying clicks. Overall it was a privilege to play test and produced audio of great quality and excellent clarity throughout with little to no interference and no major issues at all.
The front laminated sleeve is in excellent condition. It has just very minor wear and rubbing to the edges and corners and there are of course no splits or weak areas anywhere. There are no tears, scuffs or pen marks but there is some light age related grubbiness/discolouring to the rear. For its age this is minor however and overall the sleeve is clean and bright. Its most noticeable problem would be that there are a few 'laminate bubble' on the front. These can be seen near the left edge and also the bottom edge. Other than these and the light discolouring there is faint ring marks and the odd crease. It is excellent overall however and still looks great in my opinion. Please study the pictures provided to gain as much information as possible as to its condition.It includes its original clear plastic inner which is in very good condition. This has no splits, tears or pen marks but has creasing and as you can imagine some age related grubbiness to it. I will therefore send the record in a brand new plain white replacement to ensure the record remains clean and fresh.
The record will be packaged in cardboard stiffeners and bubble wrapped thoroughly when dispatched. It will also be sent in a brand new protective plastic sleeve, and within 24hrs of receiving payment to try to ensure a swift delivery.I hope my photos are comprehensive enough but if you have any questions then don't hesitate to contact me.
