Description
"Watched You Slowly Slip Away" is a fine Northern song- almost the same as Howard Guyton's version but with slightly different lyrics. The dead wax info is as follows - PHW 35055 1 which means it's the 1st mix of the song. The original 45 is in mint minus condition- the styrene is extremely glossy with just a few very light marks. The "Watched You..." side plays through with no problems at all and sounds great ! The flip side "I'll Cry If I Want To" appears to be in the same condition but has a slight hiss that comes and goes. If you look at the sleeve on the left middle side around the center hole of the sleeve, there is what looks like part of a "promotional copy not for sale stamp". This must have been stamped on the black part of the label (I don't see it) but if you look closely at the "PH" part of Philips , you can see some of it. It's nice to see a original 60's 45 in this kind of condition- please bid accordingly. Thanks for looking!
