Side A / Side B: Vinyl is lighty warped that do not affect play, Some faint surface scuffs & scratches, a few more faint inaudible scratches thru Tracks, a few more lightly feelable scratches, plays with some light surface noise or crackle, looks a bit scratchy, still plays well.

Label: "47 WEST 63rd NYC" No R under E in NOTE. Deep Groove on both sides.
Matrix: "RVG" machine stamp on both sides. Plastylite "P"/"ear" mark on both sides.
