Test pressing. All the information above except "Magic Potion" is typed on label, which appears only on the A side. In the dead was there is 6193 and a stamped "B". The name Lee is written on the label. The record has seen better days. It has a lot of wear and surface noise but plays through. The sample below is one clip of the beginning of both sides of the record so you can hear the sound quality.
