                  LOU REED Metal Machine Music RCA CPL2-1101 2 LP Set Original 1st Pressing 1975
   You're bidding on a Rare Obscure Lou Reed album called Metal Machine Music issued by RCA Records in     July of 1975 and quickly withdrawn. It is without doubt the strangest, noisiest, most bizarre LP ever issued by    a major artist in the history of recorded sound ! Comprised of 4 equally timed sides (16:01) it features no     songs and no melodies. Just wall to wall screaming feedback and ear piercing screeching noises that's harder    to get through than root canal surgery. Of course, I gave it a farewell listen ! Now it can be your turn to enjoy !!    The LP's are Near Mint with No scratches and just a few extremely light marks. No Groove wear (as if that     mattered).  The Cover is VG+ with No splits, light ring wear, some rub marks on the bottom spine, but remnants     of paper from another LP stuck to the bottom of the front cover (as seen in photo).  As a added attraction,     Side 4 ends with a Locked Groove which means the turntable needle doesn't run off towards the label. It just                  keeps going around and around until you remove the needle.  You could keep playing it for hours,days,months      or years.      Fun for the whole family !!                                       Starting Bid  $35.00
