Description

I bought this album, new, from a record shop decades ago.  The 1967 mono LP is in VERY GOOD + condition*, with only a little visual evidence of having been played. (* See ratings below.)

The cover is a little bit shabby, in my view, but would still be rated VERY GOOD -, going by the categories copied below.  The inner sleeve is in GOOD condition, but I always provide a new modern replacement, for the next owner, anyway.

Someone else can benefit from the LP's careful, lengthy possession and treatment.

The record has been played occasionally, but a long time ago.  Probably some crackling at the start and end of discs, in between tracks and only very occasionally, during tracks.  

All of my vinyl records on sale are classified as VERY GOOD or EXCELLENT.

The scale is used elsewhere, and is not of my own creating.

I think my ratings are honest, but any return of the album in same condition will see you refunded as terms herein.

All records have been cleaned and are regarded as cleared of static here using: the German Knosti Record-cleaning kit.

 

Vinyl condition

EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality.

 VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch.

 GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches.

 

Record sleeve condition

Excellent:  The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing. 

Very Good:  Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

 Good:  The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc.
