Hi, and welcome to "psych_out!" auctions!!!

I specialize in 50's, 60's, and early 70's records of almost every genre - Jazz, Blues, Psych, Folk, Soul, Rock, Pop e.t.c and everything in between! I've been dealing records for years, but i'm new to the ebay game so i'd like to tell you all of my intentions. I travel all over the UK hunting out the VERY BEST records I can find. Obviously, 90%+ of the ones I can find are completely trashed from the hard living ways and the rock 'n' roll, drug and booze fuelled debauchery of all the wild parties of the times, but the golden 10%? I offer them to all of you serious record collectors out there!!!

I'm going to start by listing 20 LP's a week every Friday and Saturday, all timed to end 10 days later on Monday and Tuesday night. Hopefully after a while, i'll be able to step things up a gear or two in good time. I'll only ever offer the VERY BEST, MOST AMAZING, MOST IMPORTANT, VERY RAREST UK 1ST PRESS ORIGINAL RELEASE RECORDS I can ever possibly find!!! I won't insult you with later 2nd pressings unless they are of exceptional quality and rarity. I'm sure you love good music as much as me, especially when it's a 1st Press LP, direct from the master tape, as the musicians intended it to be heard (none of this "digitally remastered", weak reissued rubbish from hired hands with one eye on the mixing desk and the other on the clock! If these session men really knew how genius should sound, surely they would've been geniuses themselves?! There will only ever be one Hendrix, and that's just a tiny example).

I intend to become one of the best sellers on ebay and would like to thank all of you potential bidders for your support and taste in music!!! I strictly grade all LP's I list, visually and sonically (on a very lightweight turntable) as customer satisfaction is highly important to me, and i'll always do my very best not to let you down. About : You HAVE to own this record!!! Released only a matter of months before the legendary Forever Changes, this contains some of the finest music ever recorded! Side 1 is a collection of absolutely flawless classics, and side 2 is one 18 minute, Stones and Jazz inspired jam! From the opening harpsichord riff of Stephanie Knows Who, you know you're in for a trip!!! To name just two, the Maclean penned "Orange Skies" is an unbelievable song which matches anything on the amazing "Forever Changes", and "Seven and Seven Is" is an electrifying, ferocious psych masterpiece that HAS to be heard by everyone!!! Don't miss out on this impossibly rare LP, bid now!!! One of the greatest albums of all time...

Trivia : Arthur Lee and Jimi Hendrix were good mates, and it's thought that "7 And 7 Is" (originally released as a single in 1966) directly inspired Hendrix to write "Purple Haze"!  It's also thought that "She Comes In Colours" directly inspired The Rolling Stones to write their psych classic "She's A Rainbow"!

The LP :

Labels : Beautiful Orange textured 1st Press labels. Both sides are AWESOME with no writing or wear, and just a couple of light spindle marks suggest that this has possibly only ever had just ONE OR TWO plays!!! Absolutely astonishing for a 39 year old record!!! Both must grade as Near Mint if not better!!!

Record : Visual - Incredibly bright, clean and shiny. NO nasty scratches and NO hairlines whatsoever. Only has a small amount of non sounding ultra light traces from where it has sat and / or been slid out of it's sleeve over the years! Truly incredible!!! Must grade as Near Mint if not better!!!

Record : Audio - Amazing! Spectacular stereo clarity! NO distortion, pops, clicks or groove wear whatsoever! Only a TINY amount of ultra low level static crackle in rare places reminded me that I was actually listening to an LP dating back from the 60's!!! Must grade as Near Mint if not better!!!

Sleeve : Original unlaminated thick cardboard US cover, like all UK 1st Presses of this legendary album. Most are totally worn with drastic ringwear, not this one!!! Still in a good, strong, solid condition after all these years. Very slight wear and some minor creasing on the front picture, but very minor compared to the majority of non-laminates. Main picture is still fantastic and vivid! It looks great. The bright white back is a little dulled from age, but has NO stains or ugly marks whatsoever. A really fantastic example compared to the majority of this rare sleeve. Must grade as Excellent minus if not better!!!

Summary : An AMAZING copy of this ASTONISHINGLY RARE LP!!! A true psych classic!!! Don't miss out!!!

UK bidders, I accept paypal, cash (at your own risk), or postal orders. I will reluctantly accept cheques, although they will take at least a week to clear. That is why I prefer the other methods, as it means I can get your item to you faster. International bidders, I can only accept Paypal, IMO, or Bank Transfer! I only accept cash in £’s. Unfortunately, I can’t accept any other internet payment other than paypal.
