So, after five decades of collecting vinyl and Hi-Fi, the time has finally come to downsize. Over the next few months, with great reluctance, I will be gradually selling off my treasured collection of records, cds and hi-fi equipment. It will take a while !!! For instant sale is an excellent condition copy of the very first UK STEREO pressing from 1968 of the 'FOREVER CHANGES' album by LOVE. It is on the ELEKTRA label and has the catalogue number EKS-74013. A genuine UK first pressing it has a fully laminated sleeve, the very first pressing orange and black Elektra labels and the matrix numbers A1 and B1 in the runout grooves. The sleeve is in superb condition for its age. There is hardly any wear apart from small 'bumps' on a couple of corners. The spine is sharp, clear and fully readable. There are a couple of stickers still attached but these should be easily removable. Please study all the photos carefully to see the condition for yourself. The labels are in excellent condition but there are quite a few 'spindle trails' showing that the record has been played a lot. The record surfaces have quite a few surface marks and scuffs from being taken out of the sleeve. Both sides play really well but with occasional surface noise and occasional 'pops'. But definitely no deep scratches, 'sticks' or 'jumps'. The album will be wrapped in bubblewrap before posting to ensure that it does not get damaged on its journey. I will dispatch it in a proper record mailer and will post within one working day of purchase by Second Class 'tracked' post so that it gets on its way to you as soon as possible.
