Description
I LOVE THIS ALBUM, but I wish I could say the vinyl on this is better than it is, but its not. It is in the Vg- range with several marks, but because its somewhat scarce, I've put it up at a lower price than it would typically go for. PLAY TESTED! No skips, some pops, it actually sounds good, with popping noticed mostly between songs, mostly on side two, and the ones on sound two are prominent, so heads up. I am listening to it now, what a great LP! I know their others, but have never heard this, and though "My Little Red Book" was a big hit I remember from back then and just always thought it was Tommy James and The Shondells lol. Excellent version of "Hey Joe" before Hendrix popularized it on "Are You Experienced". I hear some Byrds influences in a lot of it too, but they were out about the same time as Love. ARTHUR LEE ROCKS! 1st edition 1a1b in the dead wax and the early gold Elektra record label, and is wrapped in the original gold Elektra sleeve. The cover is in great shape, though, with little shelf or ring wear, but it has a light bend front bottom right corner and an smaller one bottom left, and along the spine. The front and back cover are really nice, little shelf wear, a super clean and legible spine with NO splitting. International buyers: If you'd like to purchase more than one item, let me know, I'll put them in a package at one price, then you will only be charged one shipping price. Looking to save you some money. Please see all photos before bidding, and be sure to check out our store full of familiar / scarce / hard to find, and RARE vinyl, books, etc. If you are age 60 or older, a US Military Veteran, or a Public Servant (thanks to all for your service to our country), send me a message for a 10% discount. I always do the best I can to describe it. Questions? Message me. I'll listen to it again upon request. We will also review bulk purchases for a discount, just send me a list of your items and your offer. If you have anything you're looking for and don't see, message us, we have HUNDREDS not posted. Note: unless its Sealed, used vinyl will almost always have some noise somewhere in its approximately 45 minutes of music. It is a wonderful part of the experience. Someone else loved this, and you are giving it a loving new home, and it says: THANK YOU! in the grooves. Reissues are usually remastered and often remixed, and do not sound the same as the originals, for better, often for worse. We endorse original vinyl! So, Thanks for supporting original vinyl!
