Description
This LP by Al Stewart, titled "Year of the Cat", is a limited edition Half Speed Master, that was released in 1981 on the MFSL label . The record is in very good plus condition and plays at 33RPM. It features pop rock style music and high-fidelity sound quality. The vinyl material is black in color and the "Super Vinyl" was pressed by the JVC co. of Japan. The record is housed in a cardboard sleeve, with a 6" clean split, at the bottom of the right-hand side of the record jacket,Otherwwose the sleeve is in excellent condition as is the inlay. It looks like there is some small, dried "specks", of dried coffee(see pics) on the "anti-static/anti-dust" jacket - but I'm afraid to clean it..! You can - in fact - ALL the records could use a good çleaning..! Please, feel free..
The LP features Al Stewart as the artist and producer, with Alan Parsons as the additional producer and was recorded in 1976. The record label is Custom, multi-colored, and includes a catalog number of MFSL - 1009. The LP is a great addition to any music lover's collection and is perfect for those who enjoy the sounds of guitar, acoustic guitar, piano, clarinet, keyboard and recorder, percussion, bass guitar, electric guitar, and drums. Part of the first "wave" of Mobile Fidelity releases..!
