Description

ULTRA RARE First Pressing of Art Blakey and the Jazz Messengers, Blue Note 4003, with matrix numbers BN-LP-4003 A-1 on side 1 and BN-SP-4003 B  (no "1" after B on side B), matrix numbers carved, RVG stamped, and ear carved - see photos of these markings on side 1 in the photos.  Jacket in pretty good condition with corner wear, light edge wear, no splits, no marks, few small stains back jacket bottom.  Record stored in plain white inner sleeve.  Fair amount of scratching and while vinyl looks clean between scratches and doesn't look like a uniform sheen of scratches, I would not visually grade more than Fair, to be appropriate and conservative.
