LP’s are packed outside their covers to guard against ring-wear & splits during transit and then placed inside a plastic outer protective sleeve for safe delivery.

CONDITION
VINYL : an outstanding copy …absolutely Brilliant / plays through perfectly with a crisp and clean sound / no pops, skips or background noise / no lead in-out hiss and very difficult to fault / no spindle marks / a real gem that tracks along magnificently / hard to rate any less than Near MintLABELS :- clean
SLEEVE : A glorious cover / clean both back and front / the corners are square / no edge-wear and the spine is intact / very difficult to fault at all / most impressive and as good a sleeve I’ve seen for many a year.

An immaculate 1970 original 1st Aussie pressing of this classic album from the Fab-Four …not that they ever released anything else but classics when you think about it.A great collection of tracks here, many for the 1st time in full stereo … a top cover photo and a most collectable album.
Not easy to find in this condition….a real gem !!

Hey Jude was released very late in the Beatles' career, and it collects several singles and B-sides that never made it onto "official" albums. As a record though, it works quite well, and given the Beatles' genius, especially in the area of creating exquisite and ultraprogressive singles, it comes as no surprise. "Paperback Writer" works particularly well, not having aged at all in the three years after its release. The bass guitar sound on this record is especially revolutionary. A couple of recent tracks, "Old Brown Shoe" and "The Ballad of John and Yoko," make their vinyl debut here, and as usual give the consumer excellent value for the money. "Old Brown Shoe" (originally slated for Joe Cocker to record) is one of George Harrison's great lost classics, and the Beatles' ensemble playing on this track belies the tension that was prevalent during the group's final days.SONGS
