Vinyl: NM (not a mark on it. No noise whatsoever. However, there is a slight warp at the rim, which is noticeable, but isn't significant enough to be a problem with needle tracking... plays just fine)
Cover: VG+ (standard cover for this kind of release, Plain white cardboard with photocopy paste-on 1/2 sheet. This sheet has mostly disappeared over the years.)
