Description

This is a British 33.3 RPM Long Playing Record titled "GOIN' UP THE COUNTRY". Label / Number is Decca LK 4931. Fine Collection of Country Blues recorded in Louisiana and Mississippi by David Evans in 1966. The artists include Roosevelt Holts, Isaiah Chattman, Cornelius Bright, Boogie Bill Webb and Arzo Youngblood among others. Among the fourteen selections are "My Phone Keeps Ringing", "Found My Baby Gone", "Four Women Blues", "Devil Got My Woman", "Dooleyville Blues" and "Casey, You Can't Ride This Train".  Record has a few light scuffs, but plays extremely well with fine fidelity. Labels have light wear and scuffing. Cover has some ring wear, creasing and some ink markings and a small name on the back. Condition is: Record - VG++  Labels - VG++ Cover - VG++   Good Stuff!
