This is an original American 33.3 RPM Long Playing Record by ROBERT PETE WILLIAMS from THE 1960'S. The title is "Free Again". Label / Number is Prestige-Bluesville BVLP 1026. Louisiana-born Blues Guitarist-Vocalist killed a man in a bar room brawl and was sentenced to life imprisonment at Angola. He was paroled in 1959 and that's when his music career began. Williams is a very primitive Blues Singer with a unique and impressive Guitar Style. The ten selections here include "Almost Dead Blues", "Rolling Stone", "Thumbing A Ride", "A Thousand Miles From Nowhere", "Free Again" and his classic "I've Grown So Ugly".    Record has a few light scuffs, but plays very well with fine fidelity. Labels (Deep Groove) have light wear and scuffing. Cover has some wear, scuffs, light staining, some pen marks on the back and a small whited out name in the upper right back corner. Condition is: Record - VG++  Labels-VG++  Cover - VG+(+)   A First Rate Item!
