Record = EX+   clean record's surface, shows sl. hairlines, no marks or scratches ...
Cover = NM-  sl. ringwear, cornerwear...

Comment:
Overall condition = very nice !! Not 100% mint and not sealed,
no this record was played a few times and has a few hairlines,
but this will not spoil the fun you'll have with this LP !
An audiophile's dream comes true...
