Authentic Vee Jay Introducing the Beatles by Vee Jay including an original inner sleeve.  Please inspect photos carefully.  This has the correct identifiers including:  1) title and group name above the centerhole on the label, 2) matrix lettering including "MR" in a circle - shown in photo; the lettering is a bit rubbed but the circle and R are clear in the photo; 3) colorband on glossy stock paper with colors running into each other.  Here is a good page with info on authentic variations of this album:  http://www.rarebeatles.com/photospg/introvj.htm

From the information on that page, I would surmise I have a mono cover version 2, with a comma in Please, Please Me.  The label looks like Version 2, left justified titles. 
Jacket has corner and edge wear, split on bottom about 4" from the right.  Inner sleeve is a bit with a bottom split centered about 5".  The record is removed from the inner sleeve and stored separately.  The LP has a very light sheen of scratches with a few that can be more easily seen; I'd grade in the G to VG range.  I've seen a lot worse for the early Beatles LPs.
