CLASSIC HENDRIX ALBUM! With rare withdrawn "puppet" sleeve... label spells title as "BAND OF GIPSIES"
1) Un-laminated matt sleeve printed by "MacNeill Press Ltd."
2) Matrix: 2406002 A//2*420 and 2406002 B//2*420
An essential addition to any progressive psychedelic rock collection!SEE MY OTHER AUCTIONS!!!!!
CONDITION : VG/VG+ (Sleeve/Record)
DESCRIPTION : Record has been quite well looked after, but has quite a few surface scuffs and one small scratch you can feel on side 1 (which ticks a couple of times) - and one longer light scratch on side 2. However, this plays through with no real problem on my equipment. Proof just how deep and LOUD this record was cut! Record sounds great, with maybe some light surface noise in quiet passages, and the odd light pop and tick here and there, but on the whole this plays superbly! Labels excellent. Cover shows general wear consistent with a 40 year old album - previous owner has written his name on the front AND back (see photos) along with "GIVE LOVE NOT GUNS" under tracklisting on back. Sound advice, Mr. Ian Robertson, and certainly the ONLY copy of this record which exists like this today!!! SO... a decent listening copy of a classic original press, if you're not looking for a mint archive copy!

SMALL PRINT : I am first and foremost a collector, and grade strictly as I wish everyone would. Records will be well-packed between cardboard, and sent in record mailers. In the interests of the environment, these will be recycled whenever possible. Albums will be removed from outer sleeve to avoid seam splits in transit. All records are sent with a certificate of posting.
