JACKET:  Good Plus, the front looks VG+ with light wear, the back looks pretty worn and has some white stickers covering where some writing had been - tape on the top and bottom edge
LP:          Good Plus, kind of rough - Side 1 plays with moderate to heavy surface noise and Side 2 plays with moderate surface noise - no loud pops, skips or jumps, just surface noise
