Description

This is an original American 33.3 RPM Long Playing Record on a Promotional Label by LITTLE MISS CORNSHUCKS from 1961. The title is "The Loneliest Gal In Town". Label / Number is Chess LP 1453. This album represented a comeback for the Blues Singer, who had left the scene several years earlier. The ten selections include "Never Let You Go", "Why Was I Born", "No Teasin' Around", So Long", "To Be Hurt" and the title track. Record has scuffs, small scratches, some crackling and surface noise, but plays well without skipping or distortion. White Labels have some wear and light staining. Cover has wear, staining, corner scuffs, fraying in the seams, some ink marks on the back and a 4 1/2" split in the upper right seam. Condition is: Record - VG Labels - VG++ Cover- VG+ Not an easy record to find. a nice Chess collectible.
