I bought this LP new in November 1972.
Cover - Shrink on. Price tag on shrink. No cutout indications (holes, cuts). No writing, no cardboard splitting. Mild corner bumps, couple of perimeter light bumps.
Vinyl - Some rubs, streaks that do not affect play.
Sleeve - Clear plastic.

The MR in a circle indicates a pressing by MONARCH. What I have as an underlined A is probably Monarch’s delta (triangle) symbol. But this definitely has a line inside the triangle.
Go to 13634 on the Monarch pressing site. Actually has a triangle preceding the number, but it’s listed numerically. 1969 appears to be the only release.
My labels have 2525 West 9th Street, Los Angeles, California 90006 to the left of the spindle hole. cvinyl and bsnpubs both have my labels starting in 1969. Their next label, 1970 +, is orange with a different address. I’m guessing the 2525 address is the first edition of this record. First pressing? Only pressing?
Recorded in 1969 (wikipedia), these are superb Hopkins offerings. No mention on the cover who provides the drums on at least one cut. A couple songs here have piano and no guitar, a couple have organ and no guitar. I’m guessing Lightning plays both of those here.
His voice still rings true, and his unmistakable guitar backs him on most of these cuts. A few have him speaking an introduction to the songs.
Excellent shape cover, vinyl, excellent music.
