This listing is for the LP - Magazine - Real Life. Year: 1978, label: Virgin, V 2100.

I would grade the condition of the record as EX- (a few minor hairline scratches / smudges are noticeable) and the sleeve as VG (the outer sleeve is quite scruffy, has minor ringwear, and the top edge is starting to split, and the plain white inner sleeve is quite scruffy, but both sleeves still functional).

Please note that this is not a cd, but a 12" (or 30 cm) vinyl record.
