Description
This auction is for an original classic LP by Neil Young, titled “Harvest”.
This album was put out on the Reprise Records label, MS2032 in 1972.
This record is an original 1972 (1st pressing).
Matrix #’s 31176-2E & 31177-1B-K .
Both sides have the Sterling Sound’s imprint along with the LH (chief engineer's initials) for Sterling.
The record & jacket are like new…being still in the shrink-wrap. It is a lovely “rough paper cover” under the shrink. Some folks call these rough paper covers “textured”. Since it is still in the shrink-wrap, you can not see the opened bi-fold of this album.
Record label is clean with little to no wear.
The LP itself is conservatively rated at excellent+ condition.
Cover listed as “used” and “Excellent+ to near mint. Original Reprise slip-cover is very nice.
Comes with the original fold-out lyrics that accompanied these early pressings.
Overall…a nice LP for the discriminating collector. Not Mint…but not over $100 either.
