Offered is the original vinyl 33 & 1/3 RPM 12 inch record
released in 1966 by,

Elektra Records# ELK-4005.
This is a domestic MONO vinyl long play record album.
This is much harder to find then the Stereo version!
This is not a CD.

VISUAL GRADE
SURFACE=
Very Good Plus (+).
Very light sleeve scuffs only.
AUDIO GRADE
Excellent.
COVER GRADE
Very Good Plus (+).
Has a drill hole in the dead center right of the cover & label.
All seams intact.
Has a small crease in the bottom left corner.
The four corners have very minor wear but are not all banged up.
Above average shelf wear-very presentable.

Original Elektra sleeve.
