Question: what do you get when get when you blend COLD BLOOD-DYKE&THE BLAZERS-BUFFALO SPINGFILED ? for sure an audio journey and a blue eye soul - rare funky psychedelic LP record with steamy vocals by CLAUDIA WOOL songs and arrangements by Ed Wool, The band was called WOOL . This is their debut and only LP release.
released in 1969 on ABC abcs676 gatefold jacket has bb punch out. and remnants of a goof who stapled the store sticker to jacket. Produced by David Rosner, this 1960s era record is in near mint condition and comes in an excellent sleeve. recorded in Rehearsal Cottage in Henderson Harbor, New York....provided by Ed and Claudia Wool Wacked out Coryell style solo on Funky Walk( 9:40 run time) . Courageous and spontaneous Peter Lulis kills it on drums. Trippy call and response between drums and rhythm guitar that goes on forever. Neil Diamond had some influence. the talent was genuine but sometimes that not enough to have success. Engineered in the highest regard.
