SELDA-YUH YUH
The Türküola cassette of Selda which was first pressed in Germany is reissued as vinyl after nearly 40 years. The songs are from the various singles and the debut lp of Selda during the 1970s’. Title song Yuh Yuh is from Selda’s single made in 1977 with Arif Sa?, Veysel Çad?r and Taner Öngür. Most of the songs are performed with the Anatolian Rock super group Dada?lar who originally known with their works with Ersen. The group consists of Fehiman U?urdemir (guitars and synthesizer - former Cem Karaca Karda?lar guitarist), Özkan U?ur (bass - former Bar?? Manço guitarist) and Mehmet Gözüpek (former drummer of Grup Bunalim) and creates a powerful groove with their psychedelic arrangements. The lp also consists of folk ballad period of Selda but the general stigma is a powerful female rock singer.
