This listing is for one (1) 1985 SLADE ROGUES GALLERY LP vinyl record album on RCA Records. This rare original Yugoslavia release LP comes from my personal record collection, so it has been handled and stored very carefully. It is used and is in very good playing condition with some visible light/minimal surface scuffs or scratches. The cover shows some shelf wear and is a soft-cover jacket, so there is no inside jacket, although the LP will come with a plastic liner. Plays fairly clean, with a few audible pops and clicks here and there and some light crackling in spots. To capitalize on the band's renewed success with their previous internationally popular release, Slade released this, their twelfth studio album, which reached #60 on the UK album chart and charted in most countries, and gave them four more hits with "All Join Hands," "7 Year Bitch," "Myzsterious Mizster Jones," and "Little Sheila." This is the European version of the album, which features the song, "All Join Hands," (the North American version of this LP substituted the song, "Lock Up Your Daughters," in place of "All Join Hands"). Arguably Slade's best and slickest total effort, it is loaded with very melodic tunes that have that distinct Slade sound. Every song probably could've been issued as a single, including "Hey Ho Wish You Well," "Harmony," "Walking On Water, Running On Alcohol," "I'll Be There," "I Win, You Lose," and "Time To Rock." I initially bought the cassette version of this record in 1985 and it stayed in my car stereo for six months! So needless to say, it is one of my favorite Slade releases. A nice addition to anyone's LP collection! From a pet-free, non-smoking home. Enjoy!
