RECORD IS IN VG++ CONDITION -nice luster/nice deep groove labels/plays very nice
SLEEVE IS IN VG+/VG++ CONDITION -solid crisp & nice...nice and bright looking front and back, decent spine, small split and fraying top right edges-not too bad, has a small "26" number top left which could be removed by buyer if they wish......please see pictures.
