Description
The Cosmic Jokers LP from 1974 called Take Your Headphones.
Label is Cosmic Couriers CC 2010.
Quality of item: Vinyl: VG (bit noisy record with pops and clicks at some parts) Cover: VG: (Bit worn and some damage at backside).
This was a New Year Greetings present from December 1974, and was given away (in approx. 500 numbered copies) to friends and partners of the producer of the Cosmic sessions. It includes home-made speeches and dubs from cosmic records, makes heavy use of echo and feedback, and was never officially available. The sound quality is bad (From The Works by kdm). The recording culled extracts from Kosmische Musik and Pilz LPs along with texts by Rolf Ulrich Kaiser and Gille Letterman and the records even starts with a classical musical intro (Carmina Burana by Carl Orff! A very early rip-off! ). On the cover you see an real broken read seal with CC stamped in it! Nice gimmix

Payment can be done by PayPal or by sending a registered insured letter with cash money. All prices are US$ PayPal prices. If you send cash US$ you get a 3% discount. If you send cash Euros you get a 5% discount! I do also accept other currencies. Please inform about this first. Within Europe you can do a bank tranfer in Euros which is free within Europe. In that case you get a 5% discount. Currency conversions will be done using www.xe.com
I use the M/VG/G grading system in which the first grading is for the record and the second grading is for the sleeve. If you do not agree with the grading, the item can be returned and the money will be refunded.
Shipping from the Netherlands to outside Europe will be $10 for 1 vinyl disc, $14 for 2-3 vinyl discs and $18 for 4-8 vinyl discs. This will be by standard mail which takes about 2 weeks to reach you. Airmail will be more expensive. Priority shipment within Europe will be a little bit cheaper. I will always calculate the actual postage fees + US$ 1 for packaging materials.
I will pack very carefully. I will take the records out of the sleeve to prevent split-seams. I put all discs in inner sleeves with a soft inner plastic coating.
