I bought this LP new in September 1967.
Cover - Shrink mostly on. Missing piece arcing from about middle of open end to about middle of bottom edge. No writing. No cover splits. Corner bumps, light perimeter touches. EJ Korvette D (stereo pricing) stamp on back cover shrink, upper right. B/W hype sticker on shrink.
Vinyl - Some rubs/smudges, some light marks. No-box LONDON blue labels. Plays great.
Sleeve - Clear plastic.

Originally released Feb 13, 1965, Feb 1965, March 1965, on different sites.
bsnpubs places these no-box, blue LONDON labels from 1964 to late 1965.
friktech(dot)com has these labels in the NOW listing as 1965-1966
friktech refers to my labels as 2A.
The small, 25mm, pressing rings indicate DECCA pressed this vinyl

The DECCA pressing ring, the no-box LONDON labels, the absence of “blind man” in liner notes may date this copy as 1965. It shares many of the cover and label specifics that correspond with 1965 releases that remove the “blind man” section.

We can verify though that this is another Classic Stones offering. 12 songs that let them pour it on. They were still covering other artists, and giving The Rolling Stones versions that provide unique takes. Jagger-Richard give us 4 originals that stick in our favorites category.
Whether it’s the band and Jagger racing along together or the band punctuating Jagger’s unique delivery or the rocking instrumentals, we are reminded why we fell in love with this group.
