Description

A UNIQUE APPLE ISSUE - I CAN'T FIND THIS PRECISE LABEL PHOTOGRAPHED ON DISCOGS OR OTHERWISE. 
There is one discogs listing which provides a written description that fits this LP including PCS 7088 catalog number.  Here is the description that appears to well match this version:
"Dark green label with a full apple on A side and sliced apple on B side. Top of front and back label "Made in France by Pathé Marconi". “An E.M.I. Recording” text on two lines above “33 1/3″, text below moved to the left side. STEREO - Ce disque peut être utilisé avec un lecteur MONO on both labels at the bottom. The label does not have Her Majesty credit on the side 2. The labels are quite dark.
Albums have full laminated cover without flaps on the back side. Front cover, with drain showing on crossing, Rear cover, Apple logo aligned with the text and 'Her Majesty' not listed.
Mfd. in U.K. on labels.
The B-side label does not have "Her Majesty" credits.
"Thanks to George Martin, Geoff Emerick and Phillip McDonald". 
Published by: Northern Songs. NCB: A1, A3, A4, A6, B2 to B11 Harrisongs: A2, B1 Startling Music: A5"
In addition to these features, the labels also have "YEX 749" and "YEX 750" below the PCS 7088 on the labels, and also a P encircled adjacent to the 1969 date.  
The matrices on this are not, however, as listed in the discogs listing.  They are:
Matrix / Runout (Runout A, stamped): 0 4243 A 21 B M6 268498 Matrix / Runout (Runout B, stamped): 0 4243 B 21 C M6 299813.
Glossy jacket which may have been partially or fully split on top and bottom edges as the previous owner affixed clear tape on both edges - there is no tape or splitting on the spine.  There is a light ring front jacket.  The LP was stored in a plain white inner sleeve, LOOKS PLAYABLE with a few light visible not feelable scratches, will conservatively grade VG+; may be better.
