M (mint) - Die Schallplatte und das Cover ist wie neuwertig oder wirklich neu.
NM (near mint) - Fast neuwertig, feine hairlines möglich. Das Cover ist in hervoragendem Zustand.
EX (excellent) - Wenig Gebrauchsspuren, hairlines. Minimales knistern in den ruhigen Passagen möglich. Das Cover ist geringfügig abgenutzt.
VG (very good) - Leichte Gebrauchsspuren. Kleine Kratzer bzw. leichtes knistern kann vorkommen. Das Cover kann leichte Abnutzungsspuren haben oder kleine Einrisse.
G. (good) - Deutliche Gebrauchsspuren. Stärkere Kratzer, knistern deutlich zu hören. Das Cover zeigt beschädigungen.
F. (fair) - Die Platte ist gerade noch abspielbar, allerdings in sehr schlechter Qualität. Starke Kratzer, permanentes knistern zu hören. Das Cover ist sehr stark beschädigt.
