Description

There is a Worldcat.org entry for this record, and it shows that the only copy around for the album, fully titled, Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia Zeta Tau Chapter presents The Hickeybones, is in the Indiana University of Pennsylvania.  I was able to find a bit of background information on this band, provided below.  PRIVATELY PRODUCED by Grubb Associates of Greensburg, PA.  Please see listing photo for history of the group.  The back does not show track listings, but they are on the label.  They are:
Side A Opening Treat To Sir With Love Tammy Baby Elephand Walk Blue Moon Sunny Cabaret
Side B Somewhere My Funny Valentine Cherish The Sweetest Sounds Alfie By The Time I Get to Phoenix I Feel Pretty
The jacket has some soiling on front associated with ring on the front, light soiling on back jacket as well.  Moderate corner wear, light edge wear, small split on top opening right side.  LP stored in plain white inner sleeve, LOOKS QUITE PLAYABLE with a few light scratches, visually graded in the VG+ to VG++ range, I'll settle on VG+ to be conservative.
I was able to find an online archived version of "Oak", the yearbook for Indian U of Pennsylvania.  Within that was this passage relating to the fraternity and this LP:
Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia is a National Professional Fraternity for men in music comprised of 273 active chapters in the United States. It was founded in 1898 and Indiana University's Zeta Tau chapter has been active since its establishment of May 21, 1953.
The foremost principle of the fraternity was to advance the cause of music in America, and the brothers' efforts were aimed primarily in that direction. For the second consecutive year, Zeta Tau chapter received the Charles E. Lutton Province Merit Award, a triennial presentation, for being the outstanding chapter in its region. This award was accompanied by a $600 scholarship given to an outstanding student in the Music Department. This past spring the chapter sponsored a record album featuring the  Hickeybones, a popular trombone sextet. In the fall, the brothers presented a recital in conjunction with Delta Omicron, and on April 11, the Third Annual Phi Mu Alpha Jazz-In was held, featuring fine jazz ensembles from lUP and other campuses."
