This rare version features alternate artwork depicting the band alongside ex-president Bill Clinton. It was pressed on white vinyl in a run of only 1000 copies, however, it was soon withdrawn due to unauthorised use of Bill Clinton's image. It is not known how many copies made it into circulation before the run was withdrawn.
