Description

Rolling Stones Records – COC 39108, released in June of 1978.  ORIGINAL FIRST PRESS WITH MARILYN MONROE FACE ON INSIDE SLEEVE.  Shortly after release, these were removed from shelves and replaced with a cover which blanked out celebrity faces.  
I'm unable to find this precise ORIGINAL FIRST PRESS on discogs, here are the specifics of this copy including the matrix:

The jacket is in EXCELLENT CONDITION with little to no corner or edge wear, no splits, rings or marks, price sticker on front jacket.  Original thick inner sleeve, small split bottom edge about 1".   LP LOOKS QUITE PLAYABLE WITH PERHAPS A FAINT SCRATCH OR SCUFF OVER CLEAN VINYL, I'' grade in the VG++ to NM range.
