Description

Genuine very scarce first US press of VAN HALEN 1995 record Balance. The album has obviously barely seen any record player for the last 26 years. Great copy.


Record is strictly graded In line with best market practices. I am a buyer and collector myself so knows what demanding collectors expect. Record is graded under halogen light.


Disc- graded as EX

It retains its shine and leans towards NM. Sole default are minimal scuffs on song 3 & 4 of Side 1. No effect on playback on my set-up.

Side 2 looks NM. Clean labels and no spindles marks.


Sleeve - graded as EX.

I have uploaded pics which highlight all the minor defaults it holds. Beautiful sleeve overall. Same on the inner which is close to NM with only a minimal crease on bottom which is visible on the last two pics.
