Description

Up for auction is the very rare LP THE VELVET UNDERGROUND & NICO - VERVE V6/5008. The record is in a conservative VERY GOOD PLUS condition. The unpeeled banana is in perfect condition. The cover shows a few shelf ageing marks (see pic near toe of banana on up) and some minor edge chipping. Being I bought the album from an estate and have never had another copy I do not know if the writing on the inner cover is on all issues are just this one (see pic). There is suppose to be some oddity on some of the back cover photo which I do not understand. I give you a good scan of the photo to determine it for yourself. Some one will soon own this vintage recording because this is a no reserve auction. I have many more vintage records up for auction and in my ebay store and do not mind combining auctions to save on freight (+ .25 cents for each additional 45 rpm, + 1.00 for each additional LP or 78 rpm for domestic bidders only).   • STILL SEALED - Still sealed in shrink wrap.
  • NEAR MINT - Shows no signs of wear, probably only played a couple of times.
  • EXECELLENT - Very clean, shows only minimal wear.
  • VERY GOOD PLUS - Not quite execellent but better than very good.
  • VERY GOOD - Shows average wear, light scratches, some tracks might experience sporatic surface noise. The cover or label might have a name ID label or markings and there might be some cover edge splitting or ring impression wear.
  • GOOD - The cover or record shows considerable wear. Some tracks might have loud surface noise and a possible skip or hang up.
